Here are my cups. I did a kingfisher on my Ace of Cups in honor of my family, but it is mostly a traditional image along with the Three of Cups, Five of Cups, and the Eight of Cups. I, of course, gave it a little of my touch.

The Two of Cups, which is a very special card to me and my wife, is inspired by a poster for the Wagner opera Tristan und Isolde. I couldn’t help but put a little tongue and cheek for the Four of Cups and the Buddha attaining enlightenment. Buddha is very heavy in my Cups suit with themes in the Six and Seven of Cups. Ohm.

The Ten of Cups is based more on the Hermetic Tarot Deck which is a really killer black & white deck that inspired me. The Nine of Cups is inspired by beautiful buxom women of renaissance paintings.

The Page of Cups is Oscar Wilde, and our Knight of Cups is none other than Don Quixote and the design is inspired by one of the many book covers out there. The Queen of Cups is based on Nefertari, Queen of Egypt. Based on regular playing cards myth, the King of Cups is Charlemagne.

I hope you enjoy these cards, for the cups are my favorite suit.
